**Summary**:
CORPORATE OFFICER - Private Equity department - Global Fund Leader
Our client, one of the most reputed leader in fund services is currently looking for a Corporate Officer.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced and international environment in a team of qualified experts.
You will work in a 15 people team where there is a good atmosphere, no competition between departments, mutual support and the possibility of rapid development.
You will be exposed to private equity fund structures that the client can depend upon.
Some of the duties include:
- Servicing periodic board meetings of client companies.
- Preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation
- Support the incorporation and liquidation process.
- Assist, as necessary, with the structuring of private equity transactions.
- Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries and other offices worldwide.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience, in a service provider ideally.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus;
- Tax and corporate knowledge.
- Legal background is an asset
- Take initiatives, possesses great organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
