Bentmind Group is a recently founded privately held investment company, which has assets in different continents ranging from real estate to technology startups. While ramping up its operations, the Group seeks to strengthen its finance administration with hiring a core employee in Luxembourg. The office includes also responsibilities related to the principal shareholders’ finance management. Therefore, we are looking into recruiting a:
Financial Controller (M/F)

Your Responsibilities

**Bentmind tasks**:
Communication and operational processes with core service providers, e.g. in Luxembourg, North America and in Hong Kong

Overseeing transaction processes and their documentation trail

Maintenance of internal management accounts, accountancy relations, expense reports, invoices, billing, everyday banking transactions

Cash flow estimates and budget supervision

Internal and regulatory reporting

Documentation management

**Family Office Controller tasks**:
Monthly bank data supervision, reporting & forecast (expenses, budget)

Expense reports review & allocation to different entities

Filing for tax and accountancy purposes

**Your Qualifications / Experience**:
Administrational management experience with preferably hands-on back-office experience

Ability to communicate with a network of international professionals and consultants, ranging from banking and accountancy to tax advisory and legal services

Ability to work independently and proactive character

Other requirements

Fluent in English and French (German and any other language is an asset)

Flexible working hours when needed (should be limited to exceptions)
