Notre client, un cabinet d'avocats luxembourgeois indépendant, est reconnu pour son expertise pluridisciplinaire et sa longue présence au cœur de la place financière. Son département Fonds d'Investissement accompagne une clientèle variée à travers des conseils juridiques pointus dans plusieurs secteurs, dont les fonds, la fiscalité, le contentieux, le droit des affaires et commercial, le corporate, la banque et la finance ainsi que la propriété intellectuelle et les technologies de l'information (IP/IT).

Dans le cadre du développement de son équipe, le cabinet crée un nouveau poste et recherche un(e) Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) spécialisé(e) en Fonds d'Investissement UCITS.

**Professional Support Lawyer - Vos responsabilités**:

- Rédiger et gérer les modèles, précédents et bases de connaissances liées aux fonds d'investissement (procédures, accords avec prestataires de services, prospectus, clauses standards ).
- Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire sur les évolutions du secteur des fonds d'investissement, tant au niveau national qu'européen.
- Coordonner et participer à la rédaction de notes pratiques, newsletters, mémorandums et briefings internes/externes à destination des clients et associations professionnelles.
- Assister les avocats dans la préparation de présentations externes (conférences, formations clients ).
- Former et accompagner les avocats sur les évolutions réglementaires et la mise à jour des pratiques internes.
- Contribuer aux projets d'innovation et de digitalisation du cabinet (Chatbot, automatisation documentaire ).
- Répondre aux questions techniques et demandes juridiques des avocats spécialisés en fonds d'investissement.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les avocats et l'équipe PSL dédiée aux questions juridiques et réglementaires.

**Professional Support Lawyer - Profil recherché**:

- Expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la pratique des fonds d'investissement, acquise en société de gestion, banque ou cabinet d'avocats.
- Bonne compréhension des fonds liquides/UCITS et des réglementations transversales applicables (MiFID, EMIR, SFDR ).
- Excellentes capacités de gestion de projet, de coordination et de communication.
- Sens du détail, approche rigoureuse et pragmatique.
- Capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes et adaptées aux besoins clients.
- Anglais courant requis, le français est un atout.
