**About Our Client**
Our client, an independent Luxembourg law firm, is renowned for its multidisciplinary expertise and long-standing presence at the heart of the financial sector. Its Investment Funds department provides expert legal advice to a diverse clientele across various sectors, including funds, taxation, litigation, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, as well as intellectual property and information technology (IP/IT).
As part of its team expansion, the firm is creating a new position and is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) specializing in UCITS Investment Funds.
**Professional Support Lawyer - Responsibilities**:
- Draft and manage templates, precedents, and knowledge bases related to investment funds (procedures, service provider agreements, prospectuses, standard clauses, etc.).
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring of developments in the investment funds sector, both nationally and at the European level.
- Coordinate and contribute to the drafting of practical notes, newsletters, memorandums, and internal/external briefings for clients and professional associations.
- Assist lawyers in preparing external presentations (conferences, client training, etc.).
- Train and support lawyers on regulatory developments and updates to internal practices.
- Contribute to the firm's innovation and digitalization projects (Chatbot, document automation, etc.).
- Respond to technical and legal inquiries from investment fund lawyers.
- Work closely with lawyers and the PSL team on legal and regulatory matters.
**Professional Support Lawyer - Profile Sought**:
- At least 3 years of experience in investment funds, gained in a management company, bank, or law firm.
- Strong understanding of liquid funds/UCITS and applicable cross-sector regulations (MiFID, EMIR, SFDR, etc.).
- Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a rigorous and pragmatic approach.
- Ability to propose innovative and client-oriented solutions.
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.
