**For our office in Luxembourg we are looking for a Paralegal / Professional Support Lawyer**:
In our Luxembourg office, we count around 40 employees. You can define our culture as informal, hardworking but personal and sociable people who are easy to connect with.

Within our Corporate Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day legal and operational excellence of the department. Acting as a connector between lawyers, clients, and support functions, you ensure the smooth handling of documentation, regulatory filings, and internal coordination. You’ll become a trusted source of legal and procedural know-how, keeping our corporate practice sharp, and compliant. From file and knowledge management to deadline tracking, invoicing, and digital workflows, you’ll contribute to the heartbeat of our team’s performance.

You’ll also have a hand in business development, contributing to pitch documents, client updates, and cross-border project support. Whether facilitating due diligence, coordinating closings, or refining internal templates, your input will directly impact client service quality and team cohesion.
- 8-10 years’ experience in a corporate legal or paralegal role, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting
- Degree or certification in law, legal studies, or business administration
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Familiarity with corporate law concepts, legal terminology, and regulatory compliance practices
- Experience handling legal documentation and maintaining client files
- High proficiency in English and French (Dutch is an asset)
- Strong command of MS Office tools
- A proactive mindset, client focus, and collaborative approach are essential

Supporting excellence in corporate legal practice across key areas:

- ** Corporate File & Entity Management**:

- Drafting, filing, and maintaining legal documents (corporate resolutions, board minutes, powers of attorney)
- Managing corporate registers and compliance calendars
- Communicate with clients, gather information, and provide updates on the progress of their cases
- ** Transaction & Deal Support**:

- Assisting in due diligence processes and report preparation
- Coordinating signing and closings with clients and counterparties
- Supporting cross-border filings and liaising with notaries, translators, and authorities
- ** Knowledge & Document Management**:

- Maintaining and updating precedent templates and contract libraries
- Ensuring documentation is up-to-date with legal developments and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to internal know-how sessions and guides
- ** Administrative & Business Development Support**:

- Coordinating client events, webinars & contributing to newsletters
- Keeping our Corporate team well-informed and well-organized —while keeping service delivery smooth and client-centric.
