**Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate - Lawyer - Financial - Law Firm**
- You supervise and initiate the litigation procedures and all other legal proceedings relating to your own client portfolio, this primarily includes cases with focus on Corporate and Financing Law (M&A, Financing Contracts, Statutory Modifications, etc.)
- You keep track of clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on their behalf.
- You curate a strong relationship with your clients and develop the business by attracting potential new clients. This task includes being proactive in suggesting strategies and in offering counsel that is tailored to the needs of these businesses.
- You engage in legal and regulatory monitoring with the aim to anticipate changes in legislation and the conformity of your clients’ operations with the local legal framework.

- You possess **between five and ten years of experience as a registered lawyer** in a Luxembourgish law firm.
- You are fluent in **French** AND **English** any additional language is beneficial.
