Infrastructure Delivery Manager

**Job Description**: We are currently looking for an **Infrastructure Delivery Manager** with the capacity to manage several infrastructure contracts/projects in parallel. **Tasks and responsibilities** - You will be in charge of a portfolio of customers and contracts. In this scope you will ensure the delivery of the service, the management of the current team and the development of the portfolio. - On a business side you will support the business development as pre-sales in order to qualify and ensure the closing of offers. - You will participate actively in the recruitment process. - Regarding the portfolio of activities, you will manage the customers and the activities appointed at the beginning of the new position. **Qualifications**: - Technical overview of IT infrastructure within the business area of the service. - Knowledge of ticketing tools and monitoring tools. - ITIL, a certification is appreciated. - Microsoft Office. - Fluent French and English. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Business impact, customer oriented. - Team Management. - Ability to write offers.
