Delivery Manager

Responsible for day-to-day management and delivery of framework contracts or other important contracts according to the contract objectives.
- Leads the projects delivery and effectively coordinate the project teams towards final and intermediate deliverables, ensures quality reviews on these deliverables and formulates recommendations on the most efficient execution of the tasks.
- Develops best practices for improving the contract performance, seeks and obtains efficiencies at the delivery of the contracts at various levels.
- Prepares and submits quality responses/offers for customer requests (enquiries, RfQs) and generate new business/ specific contracts.
- Communicates with the client to gather details related to the services/deliverables to be delivered.
- Serves as the Point of Contact for all matters related to the Clients, resolves issues promptly.
- Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the projects in a FwC or programme.
- Ensures that all contractual and financial KPIs/SLAs are reported and achieved and that the delivered systems are implemented within these standards and requirements.
- Collaborates with Consortiums, agencies and other IT companies involved in the delivery of large scale contracts.
- Participates and organizes functional working groups and progress meetings with the experts and the Client.
- Manages communication and follow up on the work performed by Consultants and various teams
- Leads the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications and reporting.
- Reports on the contract performance to selected internal and external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- University/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Human Resources Department 3
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal). Knowledge of French would be considered as strong asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent knowledge of collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams).
- Knowledge of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches (for example, PMI, Prince II or agile).
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, PM2, Agile) are highly desirable.
- Understanding of current and emerging technologies and how organizations can use current and emerging technologies to drive digital business.
- Deep understanding of the customer business environment and domain.
- Experience across a range of project types (e.g. infrastructure, software, consulting).
- Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills, because this is a highly visible position with substantial impact.
