**Vos Fonctions**:
Gestion des processus de telle façon que le client est toujours une vision transparente de la consommation des ressources, afin d'éviter les problèmes majeurs liés aux problèmes de capacité du côté des fournisseurs.
Vous veillez à la fourniture optimale et rentable des services informatiques, ainsi qu'à la mise en oeuvre de mesures proactives et justifiables en termes de coûts pour améliorer la performance des services.
**Profil recherché**:
**Compétences métier indispensables**:
- Excellente connaissance de la méthodologie et des processus ITIL (gestion des incidents, des problèmes et des modifications).
- Compétences techniques globales dans les domaines : Réseaux, Windows, Stations de travail, Middleware, UNIX, Web, Messagerie et Systèmes vocaux.
- De solides compétences relationnelles grâce auxquelles vous êtes à l'aise à tous les niveaux de contact et en toutes circonstances.
- Capacité d'analyse et d'évaluation l'impact des changements techniques sur l'entreprise.
- Français + Anglais obligatoire
