Service Delivery Manager

**| Your challenges?**:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of our ICT solutions for corporate clients.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish and facilitate governance follow-up meetings with clients and partners, including operational meetings and steerco meetings, as well as internal counterparts.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, architects, and operating teams, to ensure project success.
- Develop and deliver progress reports to customers and management, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and issues.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover to the operating and service delivery teams.
- Actively participate in the on-call duty rotation to provide timely support and address any operational issues.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Information Technology
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience in telecommunications and/or IT, with a strong track record in project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cloud, Unified Collaboration, Network & Security solutions.
- Ideally hold relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Possess a business and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on meeting client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
