Payments & Regtech Product Advisor

**The POSITION | About YOU**:
We are looking for a** Payments & RegTech Products Advisor** with at least 3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you'll focus on **identifying opportunities **for Finologee’s LYNKS platform, KYC Manager, Bank Compliance (PSD2/CEDRS), and mobile payments products. You will also lead our **bank partnership programme**, managing feature discovery, onboarding new partners, and fostering strong relationships. You'll monitor and **analyse regulatory changes**, particularly around instant payments, PSD3/PSR, and other key regulations, ensuring compliance and assessing their impact. **Experience in Luxembourg’s financial industry** (e.g., asset servicing, life insurance, private banking), and knowledge of how to market FinTech and RegTech products to stakeholders, will be a **significant asset**, especially if you have worked in an advisory role. Additionally, you will support **managing product partnerships** across distribution, software, and advisory partners, offering expert insights to drive strategic collaborations.

- ** Opportunity Discovery and Market Analysis**: Discover opportunities primarily for Finologee’s LYNKS platform, along with KYC Manager, Bank Compliance (PSD2/CEDRS), and mobile payments product lines. Conduct analyses and track market trends, delivering insights and business cases for product enhancements and expansion aligned with strategic goals
- ** Bank Partnership Programme**: Lead and introduce Finologee’s bank partnership programme to new banking partners, fostering strong collaboration. Manage the feature discovery and definition process, ensure the seamless onboarding of new banks, and maintain long-term relationships with partner banks
- ** Regulatory and Legislative Monitoring**: Track and analyse changes in regulatory and legislative frameworks, with a focus on key areas like instant payments, PSD3/PSR, and other emerging digital finance regulations. Assess the impact of these changes on our products, identifying compliance challenges and opportunities to adapt and innovate within the evolving regulatory landscape
- ** Partnership and Industry Engagement**: Contribute to managing Finologee’s product partnerships across distribution, software, and advisory partners, and actively engage with industry bodies and professional associations. Provide expert insights to support strategic collaborations

What we expect from you _**
- You hold a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree**:

- ** 3+ years** of experience with **bank payments**, **RegTech** products, or other relevant FinTech contexts
- A **good knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry**, including key segments such as asset servicing, life insurance, private banking, and others, as well as how to effectively market FinTech and RegTech products to stakeholders within this context, **would be an asset**:

- Experience in communicating with **banks** and **financial industry stakeholders**, understanding their perspectives, needs, and goals
- Be at ease with **regulatory matters**, with the capacity to **analyse** and **translate** them into product evolutions
- ** Languages**: (Very) good command of **English** with solid writing skills is a must; **French** would be an asset
- Desire to work in a **fast-paced** innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
