We are seeking a
Client Advisor (H/F)
to join a dynamic commercial team within the insurance sector. The role focuses on supporting customers, developing strong relationships, and building expertise in insurance products through structured training and daily interaction with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an intensive onboarding and product training programme to build strong knowledge of the organisation's insurance solutions.
  • Handle requests from clients and prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored guidance on available products.
  • Support a variety of commercial tasks and collaborate with internal teams, agents, and external partners.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure a high level of service and contribute to client satisfaction.
  • Depending on your profile and ambitions, progress within the Customer Service department or pursue a commercial career path within the organisation or its agent network.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English (essential for daily interactions).
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in insurance, economics, business, management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Strong commercial mindset: proactive, dynamic, and ambitious with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clients.
  • Negotiation skills and possession of an insurance agent certification are considered strong advantages.
