**The POSITION | About YOU**:
We are looking for a **Fintech Product and Marketing Analyst** to support our product and marketing teams. You’ll gather data, analyse feedback, and help refine product features while assisting with product literature, presentations, and digital content to ensure our solutions are effectively showcased. Your role also includes monitoring regulatory changes in digital finance and payments and supporting our bank partnership programme by assisting in feature discovery, onboarding new partners, and maintaining relationships. Experience in areas like digital product management, communication with financial industry stakeholders, and familiarity with the Luxembourg financial industry would be valuable assets.

Product Team Support**: Collaborate with the product team to gather and analyse data on product performance, customer feedback, and input from industry/partner channels. Help refine product features and maintain a prioritised backlog, focusing on improvements that align with customer needs and strategic goals
- ** Product Marketing Support**: Contribute to the creation and updates of product literature, presentations, and website content. Assist with product-related events and marketing initiatives to effectively showcase our solutions and enhance product visibility
- ** Regulatory Watch & Market Adaptation**: Monitor regulatory developments in the digital finance and payments sectors, particularly those impacting product features or partnerships. Provide updates and insights to help the team anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- ** Support for Bank Partnership Programme**:Assist in managing the bank partnership programme by supporting collaboration with partner banks, helping with feature discovery, onboarding processes, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships

What we expect from you _**
- You hold a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree**
- A first experience with **bank payments**, **RegTech** products, or other relevant FinTech contexts
- The following would be **considered an asset**:
- ** Familiarity with the Luxembourg financial industry**, especially in key segments such as asset servicing, life insurance, and private banking
- Strong **communication skills** with the ability to engage with banks and financial industry stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, needs, and goals
- Experience with **digital product management**, including managing feature backlogs, gathering stakeholder input, and assisting in prioritisation and refinement
- Comfort with **regulatory matters**, with the ability to analyse and interpret regulations and their impact on product development
- Desire to work in a **fast-paced** innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
