**Operations Delivery and Performance Manager**
**(M/F/d)**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Designs, implements and delivers on key projects to agreed timescales and quality with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ensures appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results
- Partners across the business to identify, develop and implement change management strategies; acts as a leader, influencer and change agent in the implementation of initiatives that support strategic and operational priorities
- Takes a proactive, holistic approach to business practices and processes; provides methodologies, tools and measurements to sponsors and team members to support initiatives
- Identifies opportunities and risks associated with changes in internal and external environments by implementing agreed operational goals
- Direct and conduct governance activities of operations to determine the effectiveness of controls, compliance with management directives, compliance with regulatory requirements and efficiency of operations
- Perform and support the oversight of the effective operation of key governance frameworks (including Outsourcing, Data Management, Risk management and Governance Status Reports).
- Proactively support change activity in relation to Governance Framework development.
- Identify and escalate appropriate opportunities for improving business performance, with a focus on service delivery, governance, controls and cost efficiency.
- Delivering business as usual team requirements including Management Information, quarterly reporting and updates risk and controls and associated actions and action plans

**Skills and Experience**
- Fluent in English is mandatory, any other language would be an asset
- Bachelor in Business Administration or similar area
- 3-5 years’ work experience within the insurance/ finance industry or in a similar position would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately and to deadlines
- Constructive approach to dealing with internal and external customers
