Our client aims to be a leading consulting firm in France, Luxembourg and Belgium, specializing in asset & wealth management, asset servicing, and private equity digitalization. **The position**
Their team is looking for a Business Analyst to assist one of their clients. The tasks assigned to the Business Analyst include:
- Analyzing user needs to find solutions that meet their expectations;
- Organizing workshops with key users;
- Recommending improvements in terms of processes and/or software solutions;
- Developing the solution in collaboration with project stakeholders;
- Defining the testing strategy, from test plan development to test case execution;
- Supporting test execution and writing summary reports and dashboards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the required field of expertise;
- University degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in computer science, economics/management with a focus on computer science or equivalent;
- Proven experience in functional analysis and/or testing;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies: Scrum;
- Knowledge of functional analysis methodologies;
- Knowledge of testing strategies;
- Technical skills: JIRA, BPMN, UML, XML, SQL;
- Proficiency in French and English at a minimum B1 level, Luxembourgish language skills are a plus;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
- Proactive, rigorous, and methodical;
- Good writing, analysis, synthesis, and communication skills.
