As a Junior Business Analyst at LiveJasmin, you'll be a key player in shaping the success of our platform. You'll be involved in:

- Representing the business' interests
- Clarifying business requirements
- Defining the functional details of a development while taking the best market practices into account
- Documenting business requirements in Confluence (use cases, flow charts, wireframes)
- Working closely with the designer team regarding functional requirements
- Designing functional requirements and wireframes
- Ensure a good Project Preparation working closely with PM, EM, BA, UI/UX, EM, LD as well as all other business department (finance, legal, compliance, etc.)
- Ensuring that user stories meet the required criteria so work can be designated as complete (Stories)
- Participating in team planning meetings and ensuring availability to provide advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each Sprint
- Assisting the development team, POs/PMs and Architects with release planning, functional research and release testing
- Reviewing completed work from the development sprints
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager or the management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, OR relevant professional certifications (e.g., ECBA, Agile Analysis).
- 1+ year of experience in a Business Analyst, UX Designer, or similar role, with a focus on product development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good understanding of product lifecycle methodologies and the Business Analyst's role in each phase.
