**Lux-Advisory**is a company specialized in IT Services. Our consultants take part in European or International projects. To support
the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a **Business Analyst ServiceNow.**

**Mission**
The business analyst:

- Provides the translation of business requirements into ServiceNow technical specifications
- Proposes and designs solutions in line with technical architecture which fits business requirements and support change

The scope of services will be:

- Examine and interpret business requirements
- Challenge existing implemented processes, adapt when necessary
- Analyse and prepare use cases
- Align solution with technical architecture
- Write technical specifications for implementation in ServiceNow
- Write tests plans

**Skills**
**Technical skills**
**Mandatory**:

- Master’s degree in electronic, telecom, information technology, computer science or related topic
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow (ideal) or of another ITSM tool like BMC, Assyst or any other tool to manage ITIL support

services (Incident management, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL, a certification is a plus
- Good knowledge of French (C1) & English (C1)

- Mission hybrid (minimum 80% on-site in Luxembourg)
