The **Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences** (FHSE) brings together expertise from the humanities, linguistics, cognitive sciences, social and educational sciences. People from across 20 disciplines are working within the Faculty. Along with the **disciplinary** approach a very ambitious interdisciplinary research culture has been developed.

The faculty’s research and teaching focuses on **social, economic, political **and** educational** issues with the common goal of contributing to an inclusive, open and resourceful society. The FHSE offers six Bachelor and twenty Master degrees and a doctoral school providing students with the necessary knowledge and high-qualified skills to succeed in their future career.

**Your Role...**:
The Administrator with financial focus will be in charge of teaching budget administration at FHSE finance unit at Deanery level with the following tasks:

- Purchase orders, follow-up and verifying invoices, travel expenses, etc.
- Tracking, monitoring budgets and forecasting expenses for the doctoral school and study Programmes with a focus on the study programmes linked to the Education sciences programmes linked to a specific convention with the “Ministre de l’Education nationale, de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse”
- Assistance for extra financial reporting for the above convention
- Preparing budget for teaching programme with the FHSE finance team
- Communication with internal and external stakeholder

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree specialized in finance, economics, accounting or similar
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good oral and written command of French and English is required, knowledge of German is an asset
- Demonstrated understanding of all business processes including relation to the own discipline
- Strong IT tools skills including word, Excel, Fiori/SAP and BI
- Ability to analyse and synthetize
- Rigorous, pragmatic and efficient with attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational competencies
