**Beschrijving**
- You will be engaged in drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate documents, including share purchase agreements, joint ventures and other partnering agreements, equity and debt funding instruments, setting up and dissolving entities, due diligence ;
- Manage and advise clients on national and cross border corporate transactions, including PE, Real estate and M&A deals, implemention of management incentive plans, setting up of joint ventures schemes, group reorganisations and general corporate work ;
- Actively advise companies, founders, board of directors, executives and committees on a wide range of operational matters and strategic transactions and provide them with on-going legal and personalised support.

**Profile**
- European Master's degree in Law, and preferably an LL.M. and or an MS ;
- 0 - 2 years' post qualification experience, professional experience in corporate law with major Luxembourg and/or international legal firm(s) ;
- Excellent command of English and French (both verbal and written) - German or any other main foreign language is a real asset ;
- Excellent legal and technical language skills and good communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Eager to work in a dynamic but demanding context.
