Senior Associate Corporate M&A – International Law Firm, Team Spirit

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking for a Senior Corporate Associate to complete its team. The firm, born in a European territory and present in more than 30 countries all around the world, is renowned for the interesting level of its files. The law firm specialized itself in fields such as Banking and Finance, Corporate M&A or Funds. For this position, you will be part of the Corporate M&A team.

The amount of experience and specialization of the lawyers allows the law firm an access to high quality files in order to continually flourish yourself. You will still be able to have a 360 degree vision on files thanks to the cooperative spirit of your colleagues.

You will also encounter a human-sized environment composed of small teams, reinforcing the team spirit but moreover allowing you to make real connections.

Your Responsibilities | Law – M&A – Corporate Associate – Law Firm

  • You will be in charge of M&A files and advising your clients on every part of M&A aspects, including national and international transactions mostly in private equity.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your client portfolio by building professional relationships based on trust and support.
  • You will have a role of mentor for junior profiles by providing them advises on their work and challenging tasks.

Profile and Career Path | Law – M&A – Corporate Associate – Law Firm

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Corporate Associate in a law firm in Luxembourg and are fully autonomous in handling your files.
  • You speak English, French and German fluently, any other languages could be seen as an advantage.
    You are thriving to find a cooperative environment where you will be able to work on various files with a global vision, giving you a real feeling of being part of a real team project instead of just a number.
