Our client is one of the world’s largest Asset Managers.

Based in Luxembourg, they are looking for a Senior Corporate Governance Associate to join a team of dynamic and qualified profiles, and grow toward a VP level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a range of corporate entities, building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Directors and third parties-providers under your scope.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff, drafting complex minutes, and appointments to boards across the various structures.
- Reviewing and drafting documents and procedures.
- Monitor corporate governance risks supporting the strong governance and control framework in place across Europe to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations.
- University degree in Law, finance, or corporate/company secretary certification.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position,
- Fluency in English.
