Our job opportunity_**:
Today, we are currently recruiting **an Administrative Support - Airport Safety.**

**_
Your responsibilities_**
- **_Your daily tasks_**
- Recording and processing incoming safety incident reports in the SMS software
- Following up on actions in progress and provide the necessary information to the Aerodrome Safety Expert and Safety Manager
- Ensuring that deadlines are met in the follow-up of safety reports and investigations
- Participating in and initiate corrective actions arising from various meetings
- Participating in and ensuring the proper communication of safety-related information within lux-Airport and with stakeholders
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to safety incident reports, such as ongoing modification of the FOD heat map
- Preparing internal and external audits in the area of expertise in coordination with the compliance department
- Taking initiatives to promote safety
- Providing administrative support to the Safety Manager

- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior**_
The required profile_**
- Studies / training_

University degree (Bac+3) or relevant experience in a similar position- Experience_
- Minimum 2 years' successful experience in a similar position
- First successful experience in airport safety is preferred- Skills and knowledge required_

- Mandatory:_

Microsoft Office suite
- **_Languages_**

Mandatory:

- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
