This role will be part of the SME Performance team which supports Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) to become more competitive, increase their sustainability and augment their innovation capacity. To achieve its mission, Luxinnovation offers tailor made support services, tools and methodologies that respond to the company’s needs and increase their resilience over the long term. To reinforce the team, Luxinnovation is looking for a project support officer (M/F).
The project support officer will support the team in the set-up, management, and follow-up of the project portfolio (Fit 4 programmes, support tools and methodologies, events, European calls, etc.).
**Responsibilities**
- Support the conception, development and implementation of SME support programmes (such as Fit 4 Innovation, Fit 4 Digital and Fit 4 Sustainability, corporate innovation capacity management, etc) in close coordination with all the internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate information and sensibilisation campaigns for companies
- Contribute to the identification of new projects or services to support SMEs
- Coordinate the team’s projects: planning, resources optimisation, risk management, progress monitoring, KPI monitoring and delivery
- Contribute to content creation (draft, edit, review documents, notes, or articles) and to internal/external presentations
- Support the team to prepare meetings, workshops and events internally and with external partners
**Skills and qualifications**
- At least Bac + 2 degree preferably from a business administration or engineering school or university
- High interest in innovation and technologies and passionate to serve companies
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are considered as asset.
- Excellent organizational and planification skills
- Team spirit and intrapreneurship attitude
- Pragmatist and customer focus, good at solving problems with innovative solutions
- Eagle eye nature with attention to details
- Fast learner being able and willing to acquire knowledge on a variety of projects and technologies
