The recently created Innovation & Funding support department (“IF&S”) department comprises 5 services:
(iii) **Defense activities **to support Luxembourg Industry and Research to integrate the European defence value chain (EU/NATO) and develop solutions in response to agreed capability needs.
(iv) **Digital transformation** to support manufacturing companies during their digital transformation journey.
(v) **Company Performance Programmes** to provide tailored-made support to companies through Fit4 programmes, in order to address specific digital, sustainability or innovation challenges. The team also coordinates and runs Luxinnovation’s participation into Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) alongside partner organisations, delivering assessment and matchmaking services for companies.
The Manager of the Company Performance Programmes service reports to the IFS Director. He/she will manage a small team to help companies to be more efficient through different services, tools or programs available to them. Performance programmes enable companies to benefit from a thematic and technical assessment carried out by independent experts that deliver a roadmap for the companies to execute in order to transform or improve their activities, through innovation, digitalisation or by reducing their carbon footprint.
In addition to ensuring a good coordination of the activities and the team, the holder of the position will also provide a significant contribution to the on-going Transformation Programme by (i) Contributing to the structuration and clarification of services offered by the team (ii) Structuring team activities and organisation for more efficiency and impact (iii) Suggesting improvements, as a key ambassador of the transformation.
**KEY-RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- In close coordination with your director, **implement Luxinnovation’s strategy** within your scope of responsibility
- Design and formulate annual objectives, action plans and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of planned activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the Company Performance programmes service.
- Implement measures to assess and improve the effectiveness of our programmes.
- Be responsible for** structuring and organising the Company Performance programmes.**:
- Together with your direct reports, align, simplify, digitalise processes and relay passing with other teams within Luxinnovation.
- Develop a complete view of the past, current and future actions with individual companies, avoiding redundancy of contacts with companies, implementing a thorough back-up system, and ensuring the integral documentation in the CRM system.
- Ensure smooth hand-over of relevant cases, based on the findings of the roadmap, to other services within the agency with a particular focus on National Funding, and when relevant to other partners in the ecosystem.
- Ensure an efficient selection and monitoring process of high-quality consultants to carry out the performance programmes with companies.
- Keep an updated reference base of relevant experts and consultants that intervene in the programmes under the various topics
- When relevant produce new or updated specifications to identify and select experts. Identify new ideas and catalyse new programs that will help to improve the performance of companies.
- Define a process to regularly review our performance programmes and suggest new topics or ways of operating. Ensure company satisfaction with the actions undertaken by your team members and external consultants.
- Structure knowledge (observations, findings, identified gaps, best practices, etc.) collected during contact and support of companies and ensure knowledge sharing with the management and other teams of Luxinnovation.

Support the promotion of Luxinnovation services** and raise awareness about the company performance programmes
- Coordinate information and awareness campaigns to promote company performance programmes for businesses through communication and events
- Contribute to presentations, participation in fairs and workshops exchange and discussion groups on innovation themes (e.g. Innovation Club).
