Luxinnovation is reinforcing its Marketing & Communication team and is looking for a **Communication Officer - Project Management (M/F)** to coordinate and implement multi-stakeholder communication projects. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic messaging and project execution across various communication channels.

In this position, you will:

- Identify key communication challenges and turn them into innovative, value-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and roll out action plans that support strategic priorities.
- Ensure smooth coordination of complex projects involving various partners and departments.
- Analyse campaign outcomes to refine strategies and boost performance.
- Promote the integration of cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance communication effectiveness.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Strategic planning & vision building_**
- Assess organisational needs and craft forward-thinking communication strategies with measurable impact.
- Establish clear priorities and co-create action plans that align with Luxinnovation’s strategic direction.
- Work together with internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life and ensure their resonance.
- Stay ahead of market trends to design agile, insight-driven strategies using internal tools and frameworks.

Project management & coordination_**
- Oversee the execution of communication projects, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Cultivate strong collaboration between internal teams and external partners to drive project success.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Leverage the broader ecosystem to mobilise the right expertise and resources for each initiative.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

Education & experience_**
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination and communication roles.
- Proven ability to manage communication campaigns and multi-stakeholder projects.

Languages_**
- Fluency in English is required (C1+).
- French is a strong asset. German is a plus.
