**About the Role**

The Head of Wealth Management for HNWI/UHNWI will lead the development and management of wealth management products and services that help clients achieve their financial goals. This senior leadership role involves designing client-centric investment solutions, driving product innovation, and ensuring competitive market positioning. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives and meet client needs.

**Reporting Line**:Head of Global Sales

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage the wealth management product portfolio, including investment solutions, advisory services, and digital platforms.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and pricing models based on market research and client insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to launch and promote products effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risk across all offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish partnerships with financial institutions, fintech providers, and third-party vendors.
- Analyze product performance and implement enhancements to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the wealth management product team.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on product performance and market opportunities.

**Qualifications**/** Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a product management role.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in developing and launching successful financial products.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial technology and digital tools relevant to wealth management.
