Team Head of Enterprise Risk Management Job purpose: Acting as team head of four risk professionals, covering the areas of enterprise risk management, market risk management and liquidity risk management, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank. Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following: - Manage the liquidity and the market risks of the bank. Ensure that all controls and limits are duly implemented and respected, in line with the regulation. - Conduct Stress testing, and improve the testing framework on a regular basis in collaboration with the Finance Department. - Conduct market and liquidity risk analysis on a regular basis and report to the senior management and/or Head Office. Perform independent assessment on liquidity risk and capital requirement calculation. - Coordinate the annual Risk Appetite, ICAAP/ILAAP and Recovery Plan processes. - Manage the Bank's regulatory report such as Pillar III disclosure and Risk Management annual report. - Coordinate the New Product Committee and contribute to the Assets and Liabilities committee. - Supervise regular controls on treasury and dealing activities of the bank at second level. - Manage a team of four skilled professionals. Profile (Technical Skills): - Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region. - Minimum 8 years' experiences in enterprise, market and liquidity risk management. A solid statistic and mathematical knowledge will be considered as a plus. - Practical and profound knowledge of the regulatory framework in the risk management field, including EU regulations and CSSF circular in the field of Capital requirements of financial institutions. - Strong analytical ability to assess business and market information. - At least university degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Mathematics or Business Related Studies. - Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages will be an advantage. Profile (Soft Skills): - Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated, strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus. - Team spirit. - Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus. - Capacity to manage and motivate a team of risk professionals.
