**Your role**
- Do you know AIFMD & UCITS V regulations? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies?
- You demonstrate a strong expertise in depositary business and the funds industry more broadly and you are used to senior management exposure in a fast moving banking environment.
- We’re looking for Head of Depositary Framework:
- lead projects, including client integration, service delivery and sales support
- demonstrable knowledge of recent industry developments and key topics, with an excellent understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a depositary bank for both alternative and UCITS funds
- support the depositary management team with technical considerations that may require an additional level of judgement
- support and maintain data requirements (Fund onboarding as well as regulatory development) in coordination with relevant functions
- conduct, with appropriate support, due diligence oversight reviews on the Central Administrators, AIFMs and the Custodian Banks including preliminary risk assessment, due diligence questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, and any other pertinent documentation review
- review and maintain the depositary control framework
- assist with presenting depositary services to potential clients and internal parties
- develop and maintain a risk matrix and client classification

- You’ll be working in the Depositary Bank Control Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch. We are responsible for all regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD. **Your expertise**
- minimum 5-10 years’ oversight/control experience with a Depositary or an audit firm, with specific depositary experience
- strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
- strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations
- comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
- analytical and able to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations
- great communicator, with the ability to interact appropriately at all levels in the organization
- fluent in English; French and/or German are assets
