We are building a modern digital ecosystem grounded in Microsoft technologies to connect people, processes, and insights across the group.
**About Our Digital Transformation**
Our Digital Factory is the core engine of our transformation, delivering digital solutions across all departments of our group: Operations, HR, etc. We use Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric to bring our strategy to life through automation, dashboards, and AI-driven tools that improve both efficiency and experience. The Transformation Delivery Manager plays a central role in ensuring that every project moves from design to delivery with focus, rhythm, and measurable results.
**About Your Role**
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role that blends agile program management, product ownership, and strategic coordination. You will guide how our transformation portfolio is delivered through Azure DevOps, managing a full backlog of projects, not just a single product roadmap. You ensure that sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives run smoothly, and that priorities are aligned with strategic goals. You help the team stay grounded in agile principles while making sure that every sprint translates strategic intent into visible, usable outcomes.
**About Your Responsibilities**
You bring structure and energy to the delivery rhythm of the Digital Factory. You maintain clear visibility on progress across multiple projects, ensure each sprint delivers meaningful value, and help business and technical teams stay aligned. You actively review sprint outcomes, support refinement sessions, and continuously improve the way the team plans and executes work. You monitor dependencies and capacity, ensuring that our portfolio remains realistic, transparent, and focused on impact. You also help evolve our portfolio management practices, improving how we report progress and how stakeholders access data to make informed decisions.
**Who We’re Looking For**
We are looking for an agile practitioner with a strong understanding of delivery in complex environments. You bring solid experience in Azure DevOps and are confident facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across several workstreams. You have worked closely with technical teams using Power Platform or the Microsoft ecosystem, and you understand how digital products evolve from prototype to adoption. You combine analytical thinking with empathy and communication skills, helping people stay aligned even when priorities shift. You are organised, approachable, and committed to helping teams deliver their best work.
**Success in This Role**
Within your first year, you will have strengthened the cadence and clarity of our delivery cycles, ensured that sprints are well-prioritised and predictable, and helped establish a consistent rhythm across the Digital Factory. You will have improved portfolio visibility, giving stakeholders confidence that priorities, capacity, and outcomes are fully aligned.
