**About our Digital Transformation**:
SLG’s Digital Operations ensures business continuity across SLG companies complementing Digital Transformation efforts by maintaining a stable and secure IT environment. The team’s mission is to empower employees with reliable technology, drive innovation through automation, and secure digital operations. This function focuses on mentoring IT professionals, optimizing processes, and enhancing efficiency to align with SLG’s vision.
**About Your Role**:
This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a technical leader who can balance operational excellence with a forward-thinking mindset. The Head of Digital Operations will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and the Digital Factory to ensure that technology supports both day-to-day efficiency and future innovation. This role involves deploying automation, IT process optimization, and proactive service improvements.
**About Your Responsibilities**:
This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of six IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Ensuring smooth Digital operations by optimizing service delivery and technical support will be key. Promoting automation in IT processes, such as in onboarding and security, will reduce manual efforts. Collaboration with the Director of Technology and the Digital Transformation Leader will ensure the technology infrastructure supports business innovation. You will standardize Digital Operations across SLG companies, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency. Acting as a trusted partner, you will align Digital solutions with business needs to create value.

Within 6-12 months, the Head of Digital Operations will improve IT service delivery and responsiveness, enhance business operations, implement administration and onboarding automation initiatives to free up time for higher-value work, and strengthen security and compliance standards, ensuring a resilient IT environment.
