**Our client**:
Our client is an international banking group. we are looking for a Business analyst with the following skills:
**Skills**
- Capability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously; proactive & organized.
- Proficient with analytics, finance, credit
- Controls, audit - process oriented (experience with business Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) process desired)
- Understands organizational structure of CS and has keen ability to navigate throughout the Divisions, Corporate Functions and CUSO.
- Skilled in usage of controls monitoring and project tools (MI reporting, task lists, RAG status dashboards)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the financial services industry
**Qualities**
- Strategic problem solver: gets the bigger picture—can communicate a vision and deliver on it
- Proven ability to work independently or partner on projects with other CS leaders
- Consultative, collaborative and has the ability to influence without authority and gain agreement; communicates with subtlety
- Successfully build and maintain cross functional relationships
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives
