We are collaborating with a young fiduciary located in Luxembourg, in order to find an Accounting Manager for their offices.
This fiduciary is composed of a dozen people and has existed since 2020. As you can imagine, they are currently in full growth in Luxembourg and this is the reason for their search.
The accountants of this fiduciary manage a financial client portfolio, for international companies such as SOPARFI, holdings, investment funds, securitization vehicles in PERE.
The partners of this company have known each other for a long time and as a result, they have the same mindset for their fiduciary and are on the same wavelength. They want the fiduciary to grow in a healthy way with faithful colleagues, and to treat the clients well to build customer loyalty.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary - Accounting - Accountancy

You handle a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI, holdings, securitizationvehicles, unregulated and regulated funds autonomously.

You are responsible for the bookkeeping for your clients. You are also in charge of the review of the accounting entries prepared by the other accountants.

You prepare VAT returns, as well as tax returns for them.

You are in direct contact with your clients to answer their questions, and with the Luxembourgish administrative entities.

You are in charge of a team composed of a Junior Accountant and a Senior Accountant, you help them in their work and you try to advise them to help them improve their skills.

Profile and Career Path | Service Provider - Finance - Economy

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a fiduciary or a PFS in Luxembourg. If you are currently Senior Accountant and you already have supervision responsibilities, your profile also corresponds to this function.

You are able to work in an English and French speaking environment. Furthermore, it would be a real advantage if you speak Italian.

You have a strong experience in tax and accounting. As a result, you are able to manage a portfolio from A to Z without help, and you can advise and help accountants in these fields.

You ideally obtained a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or tax.

The knowledge of the software Bob 50 is a plus.

You are able to take decisions, and your proactivityhelps you to be efficient and quick in your work. You have a logical mind which helps you to be reactive and to find solutions easily.

Your salary can go up to 90 000€ gross per year. Indeed, this fiduciary wants to offer you a high salary to reward you for your efforts. Furthermore, you will receive additional holidays and a bonus higher than the averagein Luxembourg.
