The client is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager, capable of overseeing all accounting and tax operations within the organization, while guaranteeing that deadlines are met and the quality of closings is maintained. This professional will also have to manage a team of accountants, promote the efficiency of financial processes, and play a key role in the digitization of tools, notably the ODOO ERP. Tax expertise and solid financial management experience in the Luxembourg non-financial sector are valuable assets.
**Description**
- Ensures that the accounting and tax obligations of the various ACL entities are met on time.
- Plan, coordinate and review all periodic accounting closures.
- Prepare annual accounts for the various entities and manage audits (statutory, ISO, etc.).
- Review and file all accounting, tax and STATEC declarations.
- Actively monitor collection of member and customer receivables.
- Manage and develop the accounting team (4 accountants + 1 debt collection manager).
- Monitor cost accounting and liaise with Management Control.
- Liaise with Billing to improve the efficiency of the Finance department.
- Act as contact person for ODOO ERP developments: present the team's specific needs, coordinate with ICT and developers, carry out tests, monitor implementation and support the team through the changeover.
- Actively participate in development, digitalization and efficiency projects.

**Profile**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Tax or Management.
- At least 5 years' experience as an Accounting Manager in a non-financial company in Luxembourg, including operational management and accounting closures.
- Knowledge of corporate taxation.
- Advanced knowledge of ODOO accounting software and EXCEL.
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Rigorous, analytical, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, team management experience and leadership skills.
- Fluency in French and Luxembourgish, with German an asset.
