One of our clients, a well-known company in the financial industry is looking for talents

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the general accounting of the company
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and accounting of the holding and its SPV companies forming part of the Real Estate Funds.
- Manage your portfolio of SPVs and ensure the highest standards of corporate governance are maintained for the holding companies.
- Maintain SPVs share register up-to-date.
- Follow up specific queries and issues related to the SPV/holding’s accounting and administration.
- Carry out holding companies’ bookkeeping
- Prepare and review the companies’ financial statements
- Follow up receipt of supplier invoices and processing of payments.
- Coordinate preparation of holding companies’ direct tax returns and VAT returns with local tax advisors, review tax returns.
- Prepare BCL reporting, CRS/FATCA reporting.
- Manage Cash reporting and cash management.
- Ensure the corporate files are up-to-date, complete and filed according to the internal procedures.
- Assist the management of HR matters

**Essential skills & Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience acquired in the field in a Private Equity or Real Estate fund or Big 4 in accounting or accounting firm.
- Fluent in French, English and German.Italian and Spanish are strong assets.
- Good knowledge of Lux GAAP accounting.
- Good knowledge of the PE industry.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for perfection in operational implementation.
- You are organized and working in a startup environment attracts you.
