**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

As Financial Account Manager (FAM), you are part of a Multi Family Office and Corporate Expansion team and work closely with the entire team to continuously exceed our clients’ expectations.

The FAM will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities of a fast growing client company portfolio. Also, you will be the point of contact for your clients for all administrative and financial tasks, such as bookkeeping, periodic reporting, and preparing statutory financial reports.

The FAM is expected to continuously develop personally and professionally, deliver added value to the organization's financial discipline and contribute to our office's further growth.

Key Results Areas(among others):

- Managing a client portfolio and being the first point of contact for our clients, client’s accountants and (tax) advisers regarding all financial and tax responsibilities;
- Setting up and maintaining financial administrations, including, but not limited to, preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reports, including analysis of variances, cash flows and working capital reports;
- Preparing statutory annual financial statements (LUX GAAP/ IFRS);
- Managing local audit process and resolving audit queries to ensure that audits are completed on time and within budget;
- Cash management, including management of bank accounts and payment instructions;
- Preparing VAT and CIT fillings in collaboration with external advisers;
- Monitoring financial transactions of our client and their structures;
- Client relationship management by maintaining relationships with your client’s operational staff, including participating in, and preparing for, client meetings;
- Maintaining an organized work plan to ensure timely and accurate completion of agreed deliverables;
- Maintaining close contact with auditors, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, banks, custodians, brokers and other external parties;
- and performing miscellaneous finance and administrative tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.

**HOW DO YOU FIT INTO THE TEAM?**

As a FAM, you work closely with team members of various levels and can manage ad-hoc activities, intensive client contact and your daily work.

In this position, you need to prioritize what is essential, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. Having a helicopter view is critical since you are responsible for financial processes and reporting deadlines for a portfolio of clients and structures. You are proactive, know what you are capable of and possess good communication and organizational skills.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or an equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (LuxGAAP/ IFRS).
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible attitude and stress tolerance.
- Self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Take ownership.
- Be quality focused and business minded, able to deliver excellent service to our clients.
- Willingness to develop your professional skills in an international environment.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant local and international regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
- Able to work independently on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload.
