**Role summary**:
SANNE/LIS** **is currently seeking a new member for our Finance team based in Luxembourg.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage the working capital components of the business, in particular cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and taxes;
- Analytical analysis of revenues and support to Client service and Management;
- Monitor and review performance against budgets/forecasts, including preparation of regular reports to senior management;
- Prepare rolling forecasts of profit/loss, balance sheets and cash flows;
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reports;
- Prepare and analyse the regulatory reporting
- Reviewing systems and procedures to ensure adequate business controls are in place and company policy is adhered to;
- Undertake the annual audit and prepare the statutory financial accounts in accordance with local regulations;
- Develop the annual plan, including production of budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans;
- Ad Hoc requests from senior management team.
- Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.

**Skills / experience**:

- Degree from a Business school in Economics or Accounting / Finance or equivalent educational background;
- “ACCA” or “Bilanzbuchhalter” would be an asset;
- At least 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting or audit;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Financial Controlling, from financial / banking sector;
- Experience in projects;
- Fluent written and spoken English, German would be an asset;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Strong team player;
- Must be highly organized and detail / efficiency orientated;
- Must have initiative to constantly improve processes.
