**Head of Risk and Compliance : The Function**
- Ensure the firm's practices comply with current and upcoming legal requirements.
- Oversee the client onboarding process and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Support legal teams with the drafting and negotiation of client engagement terms.
- Maintain GDPR registers, ensure compliance with data retention policies, and manage DAC6 notifications.
- Maintain and update internal policies, templates, and risk assessments.
- Respond to queries related to risk management, professional conduct, and complaints.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff, promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

**Head of Risk and Compliance : Your Profile**
- A **Master's degree in Law**, with at least **7 years** of experience in risk management or compliance, ideally within an international environment or law firm **in Luxembourg**.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legislation.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in **English and French**.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in compliance and risk management.
