My client is an international bank in Luxembourg. As part of the private banking department, you will ensure the coordination of the desk for a duration of two months, through tasks such as to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point contact of the clients;
- Identify and analyse the specific needs of your customers and allocate the necessary internal and external resources to offer high quality service;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail;
- Report to the management;
- Assist in administrative tasks.

**Profile**:

- A secretarial, hotel management degree or equivalent ;
- Be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc ;
- Fluency in French, English, German and Luxembourgish is MANDATORY;
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good presentation.
