**Your role**
- Do you have a sound knowledge of traditional and alternative investment funds and the funds’ entire value chain, including operations, investments, and legal/risk aspects? Do you want to help us to manage our growing white labelling fund business?
- We’re looking for a Product Specialist to:
- develop Luxembourg domiciled bespoke white label funds (incl. traditional and alternative asset classes) based on client requirements and perform required product feasibility assessments.
- coordinate front-to-back fund lifecycle events (repositioning, new share classes, merger, liquidation etc.) of Luxembourg domiciled white label funds with all involved stakeholders
- plan, initiate and coordinate all changes of prospectuses and other fund documents triggered by new fund projects, lifecycle activities and regulatory initiatives for Luxembourg domiciled funds
- support the implementation of regulatory projects impacting our fund shelf
- assume general product management tasks related to the white label funds allocated to you (e.g. data maintenance, regulatory changes, fund shelf review, process design and review).

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Product Development & Management team for Luxembourg domiciled white labelling funds. As Product Specialist, you'll work closely with all stakeholder along the fund value chain to support product development and product lifecycle management. UBS is one of the leading providers of White Labelling Solutions for traditional and alternative fund structures. For more than 20 years, we have been structuring, launching and administering wide range of investment funds for banks, regulated asset managers and institutional investors.

**Your expertise**
- 3-5 years' financial sector experience with a focus on investment funds (UCITS and/or AIFs) domiciled in Luxembourg
- Good knowledge of the entire fund value chain in the context of Portfolio Management, Fund Management, Fund Administration and Regulatory Requirements. Sound investment and/or ESG know-how is a plus.
- proactive self-starter who has a keen eye for the details
- strong willingness to learn on the job
- collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
- excellent communicator with high standards for client service
- fluent in English, Italian is a plus
