**Summary**:
Our client is one of the leader Asset Managers working on a wide range of asset classes in AIF and UCITS. This is a very good opportunity for someone with a background in Fund Distribution Oversight for UCITS that wants to redirect their career towards AIF.
This company offers a very good work life balance within a very good environment. After having this experience, you will have a very good chance with any other Manco or AIFM.
As a Fund Distribution Oversight, you are going to participate full life cycle of a complex portfolio of UCITS and AIF funds, report to the Distribution Manager and liaise with board of Directors, Portfolio Managers, etcetera.
- Make sure any financial crime alert is identified and and escalated.
- Oversee distribution arrangements, and make sure it complies with the regulation.
- Make sure 3rd party distributors in local market are currently appointed to sell products on behalf of the company.
- Work on various projects within the company.
- Monitor the distribution of the funds by looking at the distribution strategy and arrangements.
**Key requirements**:
- 4+ years in similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- CFA qualification is a big plus.
- Hands-on, proactive, motivated and good communication skills.
