The Product Coordination Officer benefits from a large autonomy and a good knowledge of third-party providers and of the Group in carrying out its missions.

The trainee will contribute in:

- Support the coordination and implementation of funds events (Launch, Liquidation, Merger, Reshape )
- Support to organize meeting with the different stakeholders of the project
- Project management
- Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing mitigations on all projects
- Advise Portfolio Management, Marketing and product specialists teams on the technical and operational feasibility of the projects
- Responsible for the update of the product database
- Sending the technical information needed to carry out the operations (Fund features, cash and securities accounts, ISIN codes)
- Support in any other task that will be allocated to him/her

- Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance / Asset Management
- Basic knowledge of the functioning of investment funds
- Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies
- Interpersonal skills, ability to put things into perspective, anticipation, pragmatism, autonomy
- Rigor and team spiritFluent in English and ideally in French
