**Your Challenge**: Performing all daily and periodic regulatory compliance duties, such as
- AML and Sanctions related ex-post and ex-ante transaction monitoring
- Name list matches assessment
- Periodical evaluation of existing clients / KYC records according to established policies and procedures
- Performing controls as per the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Conducting ad hoc investigations on high risk clients and unusual transactions
- Manage requests from authorities, draft/submit SARs/STRs to Luxembourg's FIU and contribute to internal and external reports
as well as executing further compliance tasks, inter alia
- Performing Due Diligence on prospects/new clients, assessing KYC information/documentation from a Financial Crime (incl. tax) and Regulatory Compliance (esp. MiFID) perspective as per the applicable risk-based approach
- Advising and supporting all relevant stakeholders in all compliance matters considering roles and responsibilities as per the 3-Lines-of-Defense-Model
- Contributing to the regulatory change management, to the implementation of respective policies and other framework documents and to the execution of related trainings.
**Your Profile**:
- You ideally have a master degree in business management, finance, law or similar disciplines
- You gained prior working experiences of at least five years in compliance or a compliance related function in the banking, consultancy or audit sector and have knowledge of the banking processes (ideally in the private banking sector) including the relevant regulatory requirements
- You possess strong written and verbal, target audience oriented communication skills
- You enjoy both working independently but as well in a team and with other departments
- You are (internal) customer-oriented and show a high degree of integrity and reliability
- You have a solution-oriented working approach and excellent analytical skills
- You are fluent in English and Swedish (verbally and in writing), German or any Scandinavian language is an asset.
