L'un de nos partenaires, un prestataire de services financiers luxembourgeois en **pleine expansion**, recherche un agent de transfert pour rejoindre ses rangs. Ce poste vous permettra de rejoindre un **environnement de travail stimulant** mais également convivial où vous pourrez progresser à votre propre rythme.

Notre partenaire porte une attention particulière à ses employés. Ainsi, vous serez toujours écouté, et votre avis pris en considération. De plus, des **formations continues** sont proposées dans l'entreprise, ce qui signifie que, quelle que soit la période de l'année, vous serez toujours au courant de toutes les stratégies et compétences qui faciliteront le processus de travail.

**Responsibilities**:
**Transfer Agent: la fonction**
- Vous fournirez un service client et un soutien pour les affaires quotidiennes et les problèmes opérationnels courants.
- Vous examinerez les transactions, les ordres et ferez le lien avec l'équipe KYC pour coordonner les différentes clôtures.
- Vous apportez votre soutien à votre équipe et répondez à toutes leurs demandes.
- Vous analyserez et évaluerez les exigences réglementaires en cours pour vous assurer que les politiques et procédures sont et restent conformes à tous les départements de l'entreprise.

**Profile**:
**Transfer Agent: le profil**
- Vous avez une expérience avérée d'au moins **3 an** dans un poste similaire, de préférence en lien avec le **milieu PE/RE**.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier dans le domaine.
- Vous parlez couramment **l'anglais** et le **français**, l'allemand serait un atout important.
- Vous pouvez être **multitâche** et travailler de manière flexible.
- Vous êtes **ouvert à de nouveaux défis** et êtes désireux de développer votre carrière.
