The management company, which has concentrated Moventum's asset management expertise since 2019, manages Moventum's own funds of funds and individual mandates as part of the asset management portfolios. The digital “MoventumOffice” platform offers access to more than 10,000 funds, ETFs and other securities. In addition, it allows financial advisors to open securities accounts for their clients, to place trading orders and to use analysis, reporting and support tools. Institutional clients are able to outsource their entire fund trading with complementary services to Moventum as part of collective or individual custody account management. A variety of fund services are assumed for asset managers, ranging from registrar and transfer agent services to fund accounting, company administration and domiciliation services. About the team The tasks of the Asset Management team ("AM") focus on the investment vehicles and strategies offered to Moventum clients as an additional service via the Moventum trading platform and third parties, as well as on providing information on relevant financial market situations. Tasks **Responsibilities**: Proficiency in both German and English is absolutely essential. - Implementing investment strategies and managing discretionary fund portfolios and funds of funds. - Actively participating in the Investment Committee. - Conducting market analyses and developing investment ideas with a careful assessment of associated risks. - Analyzing and reviewing transaction proposals. - Managing investment orders and executions, including pre - and post-trade monitoring. - Monitoring fund inflows and outflows and executing corresponding disposition strategies. - Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships. - Preparing client reports, market commentaries, and financial reports. - Coordinating with various fund service providers, including investment advisors, fund managers, custodian banks, and central administration agents. **Requirements**: Your ideal background and skillset - Minimum of 5 years' experience in portfolio or fund of funds management. - Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. - Exceptional command of English and German languages, both spoken and written, facilitating clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and clients. - Team player with a results-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and efficiency. - Proficient in using industry-standard fund analysis tools, such as Morningstar, to evaluate and monitor investment performance. - Possession of, or progress towards, CFA or CIIA certification is advantageous. - Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and organization, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail in all tasks. - Willingness to embrace new challenges, adapt to evolving environments, and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. **Benefits**: What we offer you - Opportunity to join a dynamic, international and growing team with the possibility of a real boost in your knowledge and your career; - Culture of diversity and creativity with smart people who take pride in what they do; - Flexible working hours, the possibility of remote work, a permanent work contract and 30 vacation days; - A collegial work environment with regular events, a flat hierarchy advocating communication; - Supportive management team that values employee feedback.
