Human Innovation Partners is looking for a motivated Portfolio Management Officer to join a Management Company structure.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the portfolio management team in the management and administration of alternative investment funds (AIFs) focused on illiquid assets. You will assist with investment analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting. Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with the preparation of investor communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain processes for the portfolio management of AIFs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for AIFs
- Implementation and optimization of loan portfolio maturity management for existing properties and project developments
- Identify and implement changes to the portfolio management business in response to market developments and regulatory changes
- Act as the primary contact with service providers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies concerning portfolio management activities
- Assuming accountability for cash and liquidity management at the asset and fund level, and offering assistance in preparing profitability analyses.
- Help to manage operational, liquidity and counterparty risks related to the business
- Identification and assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and the ongoing management and optimization of internal databases.
- Participate in committees for portfolio management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Solid proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably with AIFs
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of AIFMD regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using portfolio management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
