**Key Responsibilities** - Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products. - Perform BMC development, configuration, and integration using technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates. **Qualifications** - Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products. - Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration. - Experience with Cloud technologies. - Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent English.
