Cmdb Administrator

Currently, we are seeking a skilled CMDB Administrator to join our team and support one of our valued clients. If you're passionate about IT infrastructure and possess the requisite skills and experience, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and integrate technologies within the CMDB and web services on CMDB Front end (FLAM).
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement monitoring solutions to ensure peak system performance.
- Analyze, architect, and test enhancements or bug fixes to the current systems management infrastructure.
- Provide administrative support for configuration and operation of monitoring tools.
- Consult with and provide recommendations to other operational teams.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Administer CMDB platform and ensure availability of monitoring solution 24/7.
- Handle daily operation activities, requests, changes, and incidents.
- Respond to technical support tickets for CMDB/FLAM features and configuration.
- Help service owners translate business needs into monitoring solutions.
- Configure and deploy CMDB solutions in production.
- Maintain documentation and participate in project and technical team training.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a CMDB Remedy Administrator.
- Proficiency in BMC CMDB (version 19 or higher) and BMC ARS Remedy (version 19 or higher).
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Linux/UNIX, and web services (RESTFul, SOAP).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as SMT HP Service Manager and ITIL knowledge.
- Ability to participate in on-call service.

**Nice to Have**:

- Proficiency in Shell scripting (e.g., ksh, bash), Python, and other languages.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English (at least B2 Level).
- Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and energy to tackle various projects with short deadlines.
