Senior Capacity and Performance Management Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Capacity and Performance Management Consultant to join our team in helping with Capacity and Performance Management adaptation to Cloud. The consultant would be responsible for implementing existing capacity & performance monitoring in Asset and Service level to enable the Capacity plan Roll out Phase. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level services in Capacity and Performance management area. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed. - KPIs development for Capacity & Performance Management in the Cloud. - Ensure that Capacity Management and Availability Management KPIs are monitored. - Analyze existing capacity/performance-related information and trends. - Identify gaps/bottlenecks and propose improvements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. - Cloud experience. - Experience with performance monitoring tools and capacity planning software. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes. - Service Management experience. - Knowledge of IT-related technologies such as servers and systems, backup and storage, and networks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent English is required.
