Business Development Manager

**Your mission**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive the growth of the AVEGA’s client base by leveraging your existing network in Luxembourg, Europe and internationally
- Represent the company and its service offerings to prospective clients, with a focus on both regulated and unregulated structures
- Promote the AVEGA’s capabilities across asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative investments
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handover to the client teams
- Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, accounting) to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends to senior management
**Your profile**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within the financial services industry in Luxembourg.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund and company structures, both regulated (e.g., RAIF, SIF, SICAR) and unregulated vehicles (e.g., SCSPs, SPVs)
- Solid knowledge of private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit and other alternative asset classes
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and winning new business, particularly with institutional and professional clients
- Established network within the Luxembourg financial services ecosystem
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
