  • Market Research
    Conduct in-depth research on market trends in the Netherlands, analyze competitors, and support the optimization of business models tailored to the Dutch insurance market
  • Marketing and Promotion
    Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the company's promotional strategy. Assess customer needs to refine current offerings or support the introduction of new products.
  • Business Development and Strategic Planning
    Develop strategic plans in line with the company's business growth objectives to expand insurance operations in the Netherlands. Ensure the achievement of business targets as defined by the company.
  • Distribution Channel Development
    Establish and manage sales channels in the Dutch market, fostering strong relationships with brokers and agents to enhance distribution.
  • Key Client Relationship Management
    Drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Netherlands. Focus on improving customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Data Monitoring and Performance Analysis
    Oversee business operations within the Dutch market, analyze sales data regularly, and revise market strategies based on performance insights.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    Ensure all business activities are fully compliant with applicable regulations and internal policies. Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Exigences Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing specifically within the Dutch Commercial Property/Casualty insurance sector
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required; proficiency in French, German, or Chinese is an asset
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and taking initiative to address challenges
  • Client-focused approach with an ability to understand and respond to client and intermediary needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch insurance laws, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Candidates with established customer relationships and strong industry networks will be given preference
